Some call in joy, clarity, abundance, protection, or new beginnings. The one meant for you may be the one that reminds you who you are becoming.

Current Featured Collection
Handcrafted in Oaxaca by BLAS® Taller Zapoteco
The first Spirit Guide collection is handcrafted by BLAS® Taller Zapoteco, a family-run Zapotec artisan workshop founded in 1979 in San Pedro Cajonos, Oaxaca. Each alebrije in this collection is carved from copal wood and painted by hand using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Rooted in Zapotec cultural identity, nature, imagination, and story, these pieces honor the living folk-art tradition of Oaxaca while becoming part of the symbolic world of Monarch of the Heart.

From the Story to Your Hands
In Oaxaca, alebrijes are carved and painted as figures of imagination and transformation, companions for the journey rather than decorations for a shelf.
In Monarch of the Heart, María is a renowned alebrije artist, known throughout her village for a style no one else could copy. Every creature she carved wore monarch wings. Every one carried a heart. Every one was marked with cempasúchil, the marigold that lights the way home. She gave each one a name and a blessing, and she never made the same one twice.
The Spirit Guides here are carved and painted in María's signature style by artisans in Oaxaca. Each one wears the monarch wings. The heart. The marigolds. Each one carries a name, a calling, and a blessing of its own. And like María's, no two are alike, which means the one you choose has never existed before and will not exist again.
