Shipping policy

We currently ship across the United States. All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, and once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase included.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
