Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to open international shipping in the future.

How your order ships

Monarch & Marigold offers three very different kinds of things, and they come from three different places. If your order includes more than one, it will arrive in separate packages, often on different days. You will receive tracking for each shipment as it goes out.

Jewelry

Orders are usually fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within the United States typically takes 5 to 8 business days after that, so most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days of your order.

Spirit Guides

Each Spirit Guide is a one-of-one hand-carved alebrije, and every one is packed by hand here in Colorado. Orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days after that.

Books

Monarch of the Heart is printed and shipped by our print and distribution partners, including Amazon and other retailers. Delivery times and tracking are handled through the retailer you ordered from.

All delivery estimates are estimates. We are not able to guarantee carrier timelines, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or by events outside our control.

If something arrives damaged

Please email us at support@monarchandmarigold.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and, where possible, the packaging. We will make it right.

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Once we have reviewed your photographs, we will send you return instructions and the correct address.

Jewelry. We accept claims for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once we have your photographs, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Spirit Guides. Every Spirit Guide is one of a kind, so a damaged piece cannot be replaced with an identical one. If yours arrives damaged, you may choose a full refund, or you may choose another available Spirit Guide from the collection. Please note that some Spirit Guides arrive with wings, tails, or legs packed separately, so that they travel safely. This is intentional, and instructions are included in the box.

Books. Books purchased from Amazon or another retailer are covered by that retailer’s returns process. Please contact them directly for those orders.

Returns for other reasons

At this time we are not able to accept returns for change of mind, sizing, or preference. Every piece we sell is either one of a kind or fulfilled through a partner workshop, and we are a small operation.

We want you to love what you choose, so if you have questions about a piece before you buy it, please write to us at support@monarchandmarigold.com. We would much rather help you choose the right thing than have you receive something that is not what you hoped for.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
